    Hey folks,

Lets say it, we all love to see traffic incomming to our websites, but is it worth to buy web traffic?
For most of us, the answer is a big NO.

The reason why buying web traffic (visitor?) is not worth, is because the companies that sell traffic will trick internet surfers into your website, sometimes they wont even acomplish more than just have a small pop up to show up that the surfer will close without even blinking.

Then who is able to take advantages of such service?
Mostly, scammers, porn sites and gambling sites.
By scammers i mean those sites that are all about telling you for "free" how to get rich online, after you give them a small token of x bucks, or an email for them to add to their list of emails that will sell over and over mostly to other scammers that will send you emails about job offers, getting rich...

You need to attract visitor that are somewhat interested in what you have to offer, thats the only way to actually promote your site or/and accomplish sales.

Even if a company is able to somehow get the web surfer not to imeadiatly close the pop up, what good will it come from that? Lets say you have a company of woman lingerie, do you think that the 13 year old kid will buy you some?

Lets say your site is promoting a restaurant in Miami, will a web surfer from Bangladesh travel just to go to your restaurant?

Not all web traffic is the same

It sounds like you don' t like websites and webmasters who buy traffic.

If buying works, buy what you can afford!

The savings in time makes the small investment worthwhile, by itself. While looking at the sites selling ad space, look at the other websites in your niche, or compatible with your niche. You may get new ideas for content and keywords!

I dont know why you felt i dont like websites and webmasters who buy traffic.
It seems to me that you think that when i say "buy traffic" i am refering to buying ad space on a website, thats not what i meant at all.
When i say buy traffic, i mean actually buy traffic from companies that will redirect websurfer from other sites or operate websites that will open popups on the visitor computer with random websites (owned by people that bought them traffic).

Theres a HUGE diference between buying ad space and buy traffic, being the biggest that when a user voluntarily click on an ad, he at-least have a minimum interest Vs a user that is visiting a site that opens a popups unrelated sites.

Highly targeted traffic that aligns well with your products and services is what you should be shooting for. At the end of the day, it's conversions that matter.

I much prefer organic traffic or PPC. Targeted traffic is always best. That being said, I have never purchased traffic so I can't be sure of the effectiveness of paid traffic.

My only question for you is, have you used any of the non-organic traffic methods from vendors at Fiverr?
Did you see any conversions or sales from them?

I guess my question is this:
If I use a PPC site will I lose my adsense account?
I've always seen people talking about "buying traffic", but what avenues are there besides clixsense and the like?

I would also like an answer to this question. Who are these people buying traffic from?

I can understand the need for the boost that paid traffic can sometimes bring. But nothing is better than organic traffic. Traffic from real people with a genuine want to be where you are and interest in what you have.

I've tried this out just out of curiosity. I got a 10 cent click on my Adsense out of it, I wouldn't say it's worth the five dollars I spent, but at least I didn't get banned from Adsense. I'm still not gonna get it again, I'll just find a way to get organic traffic, it isn't worth it in my opinion.

Organic is the best to have, and that is what everyone should be working for. You will have a lower bounce rate and possible re-visitations. Which is always good. That also means more ad revenue. Yeah, I would say SEO is the way to go, buying traffic is just a waste of money and time.
