I use Micromaxx Funbook, Xperia U and N900 with Android What about you ?
Currently using a Samsung Galaxy S3. Upgraded from the Samsung Galaxy years ago.
I have a Motorola Defy and an Ainol Aurora tablet. It's amazing how these gadgets can become 'obsolete' in just a few months.
If I have to be honest, I always thought that Android was developed to power low-end, low cost devices, but overtime has demonstrated that is not only included with many high-profile gadgets, but has turned into the most popular OS side by side with Apple's proprietary software.
I have not yet any Android-powered device, but I'm going to buy an Android tablet soon. Not sure which one though.
I use a Sony Ericsson Xperia X8. It's an ok phone, but next time I would buy a smartphone that has a keypad or qwerty, because I'm quite slow in typing messages when I use it.
The Nokia N900 is one of the best devices ever made, in terms of the openness of their hardware. Linux was ported on it with no problems whatsoever.

I still have Galaxy S1 with Android 4.2.2. on it. Works like a charm and I don't feel the need to replace it anytime soon.
